I had a good stay at La Villa Royale, where the quirky decor and charming atmosphere impressed me the most. The location is lively, being close to the Moulin Rouge and bustling streets of Montmartre, but some external noise was noticeable. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

Rooms

My room was flamboyant and full of character, with unique decor that I absolutely loved. I was thrilled to have a jacuzzi bath, and the view of Sacré-Cœur from my room was a nice surprise. However, I found the pillows a bit hard for my taste.
Service

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff, especially Pierre Luigi, were always ready to assist with any requests, which made me feel valued during my stay.
Location

The hotel is ideally located in the vibrant Pigalle neighborhood, close to Montmartre and public transit. I enjoyed being just a stone's throw away from the nightlife, though the hustle and bustle could be overwhelming at times.

I savored the breakfast buffet every morning, which offered a good variety. The ambiance during breakfast was also pleasant, adding to the overall Parisian experience.

While the hotel facilities were charming, some aspects could benefit from maintenance. Nevertheless, I appreciated the artistic vibe and unique touches throughout the hotel.

Staying at La Villa Royale during my recent trip to Paris was quite an experience. The vibrant decor and unique theme of the hotel truly stood out, adding a touch of Parisian charm to my stay. I loved my room, especially the little jacuzzi, but I did find the Wi-Fi a bit troublesome. Overall, the really good service from the staff made a significant difference.

Rooms

My room was luxurious with a lovely jacuzzi, and the decor was wonderfully extravagant. However, the Wi-Fi access was poor during my stay, limiting my ability to connect. I also noticed some noise from the lively surroundings, but I could escape into the room's peaceful atmosphere when I needed to.
Service

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They allowed an early check-in and offered me a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view, which really enhanced my experience.

La Villa Royale is situated right in the heart of Pigalle, which is an area full of nightlife and energy. It's only a minute's walk from the metro, making it easy for me to explore Paris's attractions, including Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur.
Dining
7.0
While I chose not to opt for breakfast, I did hear that options at the hotel were simple yet fresh. There were plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants for dining, which suited me fine since I often explored local eateries.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities included housekeeping and ticket assistance, both of which were handled well by the staff. However, I did notice that breakfast was limited, and a restaurant within the hotel would have been an added benefit.

My stay at La Villa Royale was a mix of charming experiences and a few disappointments. While the hotel boasts a unique Parisian decor and comfortable beds, the neighborhood's vibrancy came with its share of noise at night. The breakfast was enjoyable, providing a good start to my mornings, but I was a bit let down by the initial room situation. Overall, it was a nice experience, primarily due to the hotel’s character and its convenient location near major attractions in Paris.

Rooms

The room had a charming decor, but it was smaller than expected. I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was a treat, even if a bit cramped for a suite. I encountered some issues initially, like a leaking bathroom ceiling, but the staff quickly moved me to another room. The overall cleanliness and unique designs were enjoyable.

The hotel’s position near Pigalle was exciting, with easy access to the metro and famous landmarks like Sacré-Cœur and Moulin Rouge. However, the surrounding area does have an adult-centric vibe, which might not be for everyone. The noise from nearby nightlife could be a concern, especially for light sleepers.
Dining

The buffet breakfast was a good start to each day, featuring a good variety of options. I enjoyed fresh baguettes, pastries, and fruits. However, I was disappointed with the lack of room service, which was advertised but not provided.
Facilities

The amenities were decent, including a mini fridge and air conditioning, which was a blessing during the hot August weather. The decor added a quirky, artistic vibe to the hotel. Nonetheless, I did notice some wear and tear, like stains in the room.

I had a wonderful honeymoon experience at La Villa Royale, with charming decor and a stunning view of Sacré-Cœur. The location in Pigalle is vibrant, albeit a bit loud and bustling at night. Some minor issues, like the patchy WiFi and a couple of maintenance quirks in the room, kept me from giving a perfect score. Overall, it was a nice stay, with the staff going above and beyond to make it special.

La Villa Royale is in a lively part of Pigalle, just a short walk from great spots like the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. It's a bustling area, so if you're not used to noise at night, it might be a bit much for you.

Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options. However, there were times when I had to wait a bit for certain items to be refilled, which was a minor downside.

The hotel had solid amenities, like a mini-bar and air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the heat. However, I was disappointed that room service wasn't available as advertised.

5.6/10

The Villa Royale is a unique spot with a vibrant location, just steps from the Metro and the Moulin Rouge. While I loved the boudoir style in the room and the cleanliness, it could definitely use some upgrades. Plus, the lack of a bathroom door was a bit of an odd choice for privacy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but felt some aspects needed a refresh.

Rooms
6.0
The room was compact and had a cozy decor with rich reds, but it felt dated and could use an update. The shower had issues, and I found the lack of a bathroom door quite surprising.
Service

The staff, especially Cyrielle at reception, were super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were proactive in assisting with check-in and offered helpful local tips.
Location

The hotel is in the heart of Pigalle, close to the Metro and just a short walk to the lively nightlife at the Moulin Rouge, which I really appreciated. However, the area does have a few adult shops, so it might not be for everyone.

While the hotel had the basic facilities and everything was clean, I felt some areas really needed attention and maintenance.
